Appendix A: Web Server File Locations
Crystal Web Report Server Configuration
The files that comprise the Crystal Web Reports Server and the Crystal Web Report Engine should be located in the directories on your hard drive shown below.

Reports\crweb.dll (ISPAI/NSAPI version of the Web Reports Server) |

Reports\crweb.exe (CGI Version of the Web Reports Server) |
| CRPGSVR.EXE | C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal
Reports\crpgsvr.exe (Process that creates the Encapsulated Pages for the Smart Viewers) |
| CRIMGSVR.EXE | C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal
Reports\crimgsvr.exe (Process that renders the Images for the Encapsulated Pages) |
| CRJM32.DLL | C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal
Reports\crjm32.dll (Crystal Report Job Manager, manages Job Sharing and Page Caching) |
| Note | These locations are the default destinations for a typical installation and may vary if alternate directories were specified during a custom installation. |
| Note | It is recommended that if you have chosen to run the Page Server and the Image Server as an NT Service that you run these processes under an NT Account that has Administrative Privileges on the machine. Reference your NT Server documentation for information on how to add users. |
